All mainland UK orders for standard products will be charged at a single flat rate of £12 (excluding vat) per order regardless of quantity or value.
Many items are now eligible for £12 (exc vat) delivery to Northern Ireland - please contact us about your requirements.
For all other locations including Southern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Scottish Islands, please contact us for a quote on delivery.
Please ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for goods during normal working hours. Whilst our carriers will endeavour to get the goods to you on time we cannot request that they telephone you during the delivery process - this is due to the times they have allocated to each delivery.
Stated delivery times are indicative of the average time it takes to deliver each product. All delivery times are based on working days and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
For remote areas sometimes deliveries may take a little longer than specified. We will endeavour to contact you if there are any known delays in the delivery times on your order.
All orders are despatched by the most suitable and economic method.
If you have ordered several items to ensure you get the best prices and quickest delivery they may arrive separately.
Due to the nature of some of the products they will need to be supplied straight from the factory whilst other products will be sent from stock. The most appropriate method of carriage will be used which will include normal carriers, specialist carriers, and the transport of our trade partners.
Please check your delivery carefully when it is delivered.
Goods delivered to customers by courier will need to be signed for on receipt. It is important that any item which is delivered in damaged packing or appears to be in damaged condition is signed for as “damaged”. If the customer signs for the goods without any comments then the carrier will deem the goods were “received in good condition”. If the good are then discovered to be damaged the carrier will not entertain any claims whatsoever. In those circumstances, there will be no liability on the part of Washware Essentials Ltd to offer recompense.
All damage or missing items must be noted on the driver’s signature sheet.
In the event that the goods are returned to us unsigned for Washware Essentials Ltd will not be liable for any loss sustained by you. We will contact you to re-arrange the delivery and payment of the further re-delivery charge.

Return of the goods and costs for return will be the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of a warranty issue).
Modified and purpose made items will not be eligible for return unless they are deemed to be defective.
The products on the Drinking Fountain Solutions website (unless stated) come with a 1 year warranty covering materials and manufacturing defects.
